Level 1 (Grade 1-3)

Young participants will be exposed to yoga through engaging and encouraging classes to promote physical strength and mental concentration..



Level 2 (Grade 4-6)

Children will learn challenging, partner, and group poses to improve their flexibility. They will also practice concentration exercises and breathing and learn practical applications of yoga in daily life.


Level 3 (Grade 7 & up)

Our teenage students learn yoga postures that enhance inner and outer strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. They are also introduced to advanced yoga, discuss yoga philosophy, mudras, and character-building.
