Build Strength, Focus, Confidence, and Healthy Habits
Our Online Kids Yoga Classes offer a holistic and engaging yoga program for children in Grades 1–7. Students develop flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, concentration, and healthy stress-management skills from the comfort of their homes.
Children explore yoga beyond physical movement. Through age-appropriate instruction, they learn yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation, concentration, meditation, positive values, and healthy lifestyle habits.
